When I joined Medequips 30 years ago, we were a small team of 60–70 people, striving to become Pakistan’s top electromedical company. At the time, Western brands dominated the market, and procurement agencies rarely trusted Japanese manufacturers. Breaking through wasn’t easy, but we changed that by delivering unmatched service and strong after-sales support. As Director, I remain focused on identifying high-potential segments, tracking trends, and crafting focused sales strategies to expand our offerings and outperform the competition.
